Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information NuveRise collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect only the information necessary to fulfill it:

  • Name and shipping address — required to ship your order.
  • Email address — used to send order confirmation, tracking, and any support-related messages.
  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe (or, where applicable, by Venmo or Cash App). We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers.

We do not collect any information beyond what is required to process and ship your order. We do not ask for date of birth, identification documents, or any sensitive personal data.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for order fulfillment and customer support. Specifically:

  • Shipping your order to the address you provided.
  • Sending order confirmation, shipping notifications, and tracking information.
  • Responding to questions or issues you raise about your order.
  • Meeting our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The only parties that receive your information are the service providers strictly required to deliver your order — for example, Stripe (payment processing), Shopify (storefront and checkout infrastructure), and the shipping carrier (delivery). These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments and may use your information only to perform the service we engaged them for.

We do not send unsolicited promotional emails and we do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses your browser's localStorage only — specifically to remember your age-gate confirmation and to preserve your shopping cart during your session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools that collect personally identifiable information.

You can clear your localStorage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will reset your age gate and empty your cart.

Customer Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request that we correct any inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.
  • Opt out of any future marketing communications (we currently send none).

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. Our storefront and checkout are hosted on Shopify, which provides industry-standard encryption and security infrastructure. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the most rigorous level of certification available in the payments industry. We do not store full payment card data on our servers.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the site.
