Welcome to NuveRise. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the NuveRise website and your purchase of any products offered through it. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to browse or purchase from NuveRise. By accessing this site and placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we cannot reasonably verify the buyer's age.
Account & Eligibility
NuveRise currently sells to customers within the United States who are 18 years of age or older. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, and to update that information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials you create and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable law or regulation, to resell or redistribute our products without authorization, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

NuveRise offers wellness formulations, blends, and solutions intended for adults seeking to support their personal health and wellness goals. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our primary payment processor. We also accept Venmo and Cash App as alternative payment methods, arranged by direct message via our Instagram, @nuverise.
By submitting an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, that violate these Terms, or that we are otherwise unable to fulfill. If we cancel an order, any amount charged will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
All sales are final. Except where an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. By completing your purchase you confirm that you understand and agree to this final-sale policy.
Shipping
We ship domestic U.S. orders in discreet plain packaging, typically within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, with delivery in 3–5 business days. Tracking is emailed when the order ships. For complete details, see our Shipping & Returns policy.
Returns
All sales are final once an item has been opened. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost when reported within 48 hours of delivery. Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to conditions described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the NuveRise name, logo, product names, photography, copy, graphics, and overall site design — is owned by NuveRise or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of this site without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NuveRise and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or this website, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that this site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of NuveRise shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
